What is a relax holistic massage?

A Relax Holistic Massage is a gentle, full-body therapy that focuses on long, flowing movements to calm the nervous system. Unlike deeper clinical treatments, this massage aims to induce a state of “alpha-level” relaxation, where the body can finally begin its natural repair processes

FAQS

Can I leave my makeup on?

For the best experience, we recommend a clean face as we work on facial pressure points, but it is not mandatory.

Yes, absolutely. Bruxism is incredibly common due to daily stress, causing extreme tightness in the masseter muscle (your main chewing muscle). Our targeted therapy safely releases external jaw fascia and cranial points, melting away the pressure that triggers teeth grinding, facial pain, and TMJ clicking.

We do incorporate specialized, non-greasy therapeutic oils or serums on the neck and facial pressure points, and we do work directly through the scalp. Your hair will get slightly messy and touched by minimal natural oils, which is actually fantastic for moisturizing your scalp and hair roots. If you have plans right after, we recommend bringing a hair tie or a cap.

If you have had facial injectables (such as Botox or hyaluronic fillers) within the last 4 weeks, you must avoid deep facial pressure. Massaging these areas too soon can cause the injectables to shift out of their correct anatomical position or break down prematurely due to increased local blood flow. It is completely safe for the scalp and back of the neck, however.
