Appointment & Treatment Policy

At Bio Wellness Academy, we are committed to providing a professional, safe, and comfortable environment for all our clients. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies:

Cancellations and Rescheduling.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as missed appointments without prior notice, will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

Late Arrivals.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next client’s appointment. The full treatment price will still apply.

Respectful and Appropriate Behaviour.

We maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times. Any inappropriate, offensive, aggressive, abusive, or sexually inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
If inappropriate behaviour occurs, the treatment will be stopped immediately, and the full treatment price may still be charged. Bio Wellness Academy reserves the right to refuse future appointments.

Health and Safety.

Clients are responsible for informing us about any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or other circumstances that may affect their treatment.
For health and safety reasons, we reserve the right to modify, postpone, or refuse a treatment when necessary.

Professional Environment.

All treatments are provided strictly for professional wellness and therapeutic purposes. Clients are expected to respect the professional boundaries of the therapist at all times.
